PreDoc, an organization focused on matching candidates and clients, faced the challenge of optimizing their online recruitment environment. The existing website was unable to optimally reach the right target groups, lacked a logical structure, and was difficult to manage. PreDoc was dealing with an online platform that didn't function optimally for the organization's recruitment goals. The current website had various shortcomings, such as not effectively reaching the right target groups. The organization's proposition wasn't immediately visible, leaving visitors insufficiently understanding what PreDoc had to offer. Additionally, the website structure wasn't user-friendly, causing confusion for both candidates and clients.
Managing content and vacancies was time-consuming and inefficient.
The website offered no space for easily managing vacancy pages and other important content like photos, videos, news, and posts. This made it difficult for the organization to quickly respond to changes and updates. Moreover, the website wasn't scalable, meaning the platform couldn't grow with PreDoc's changing needs.
Search engine optimization and performance measurement were also insufficient, making PreDoc's visibility and website performance difficult to track.

We developed a new, visually appealing recruitment platform for PreDoc, where we optimized the structure and navigation for a logical and intuitive user experience. The platform now offers clear call-to-actions and conversion-oriented elements that promote interaction with both candidates and clients.
Easy management within WordPress
We added the ability to easily manage vacancy pages within WordPress. This enabled PreDoc to quickly add new vacancies, update content, and manage media without depending on external parties. The website is now easy to maintain independently, which increases efficiency and makes the platform scalable for the future.
SEO and performance measurement
We implemented SEO best practices, making the website now more visible to search engines. Additionally, we developed functionalities for performance measurement and conversion optimization, giving PreDoc insight into website usage and campaign effectiveness.
