Bringing visibility and structure to systemic leadership
Systemic leadership is gaining recognition, but is still often presented in abstract or fragmented ways. For Systemic Business School, the challenge lay in building a website that radiates authority towards the business world, without losing the depth and layered nature of the field.
The existing website offered insufficient room for growth in content, training programs, and visibility. The structure was also not scalable enough for a rapidly expanding range of programs, masterclasses, articles, and podcasts. Technical limitations also emerged — slow load times and limited flexibility hindered further development.
At the same time, the website couldn't appear 'bigger' or more corporate than necessary. SBS wanted to move away from a heavy or institutional image and towards a clear, professional appearance that provides a foundation for leaders seeking direction, integrity, and new movement.

To fulfill that ambition, we chose a complete redesign of the website in which positioning, content, and technology come together.
Clear structure and positioning
The website structure was rebuilt around systemic leadership as its core. Training programs, knowledge, and inspiration each have a clear place, helping visitors quickly understand what SBS offers and where to go.
Authority through content
Space was created for in-depth content such as articles, podcasts, and the book Rijp as a cornerstone of the content offer. Trainer profiles, testimonials, and course information strengthen trust and credibility.
Professional and scalable design
The design preserves SBS's own identity while offering more clarity, overview, and flexibility. The visual style supports the content and leaves room for growth in offerings and content.
Technical foundation in order
Attention was given to a future-proof CMS, improved performance, and SEO optimization. The website is prepared for content migration, further expansion, and fast load times, in line with the ambitions for the months ahead.
