DACT

Put the role of the treasurer on the map

To better put treasury on the map, DACT needed a website that supported multilingualism, member management, and user-friendliness. The old site no longer met the requirements. We developed a new, accessible, and multilingual website with improved functionality.

Challenge

Outdated website limits growth opportunities

Multilingual website:

DACT's old website was only in Dutch, which limited international visibility. There was a need for an English version of the website to also attract international members.

Integration of member administration:

DACT had difficulty integrating their member administration system. Manual processing of member data led to delays and errors, which hindered the organization's efficiency.

Search functionality and navigation problems:

The old website had no robust search functionality, making it difficult for visitors and members to quickly find the needed information.

Outdated content structure:

The inflexible structure of the website made it difficult for DACT to quickly post and adjust new content without technical support.

Solutions

Find information quickly and easily

Multilingual website with AI:

We made DACT's website multilingual with Weglot, an AI-powered translation solution. This makes the site immediately available in multiple languages and easy to manage, making DACT better visible internationally.

Automated member management with API integration:

Manually updating member data is a thing of the past. Thanks to an API integration with Procurios, member administration is now automatically synchronized, which increases efficiency and minimizes errors. This allows DACT to fully focus on their members without losing time on administrative processes.

Improved search functionality:

The website now has a robust search function that allows visitors to quickly find the needed information. This has greatly improved the user experience, both for existing members and new visitors.

Flexible content structure:

By using a modular system, DACT employees can now quickly and easily add new content, such as news, events, and updates. This makes the website much more flexible and enables DACT to quickly respond to the needs of their members.

Strengthened brand identity

Fresher, modern, and powerful

DACT's brand identity has been refreshed with subtle but powerful adjustments within a thoughtful design system. Rounded corners and blue tones give the website a modern look, while red as an accent color adds dynamism. Outdated gradients have been removed and new images with round elements in the header provide a fresh, professional look that strengthens DACT's reliability and radiates energy.

Strategic Workshop

From strategy to success

Together with DACT, we mapped out the core challenges and opportunities in a strategic workshop. We explored how the website could better meet the needs of their members and how we could strengthen the user experience. These insights formed the basis for a thoughtful, future-proof solution.
